Born 1958 in Portland Oregon, Kerry Davis studied photography and filmmaking at PSU, OCAC and PCC. In his work, he experiments with many photographic formats, including pinhole, through the viewfinder, toy cameras, and digital photography, utilizing contact printing and alternative processes. He often combines political, religious and cultural content in mixed media formats, including collage, mixed media box construction, and digital video installations.

Most recently, he has focused on constructing and digitally photographing collaged boxes that contain theatrical tableaus about his perceptions of humankind’s interaction with the natural world.
